Hi, I am Peg from Sony and I’m going to show you how to run a Self-Diagnostic check on your Sony Bravia TV’s internet
connection. For this demonstration I am using a Sony
Bravia TV. Products can be slightly different, so be
sure to check the Owner’s Manual or visit us at esupport.sony.com for your specific features and menu options. Begin by powering your TV on. Make sure you are using the remote that was supplied with your TV to perform this test. Using the supplied
remote control press the HOME button. On the TV screen,
select the Help icon and then press the center ENTER button on your remote. Select Customer Support. Scroll down and
select Internet Connectivity Symptoms. The test will begin. If the test results come back OK, the Self-Diagnostic did not detect any problems with your TV’s connectivity. Please check your internet connection.
Select OK and you will be returned to the Customer
