How To Activate Your New Telstra Pre-Paid Service – Telstra Mobile Broadband


Hi, I’m Damian from Telstra and in this video
I’ll be showing you how to activate your new Telstra Pre-Paid service. There are a few simple steps to follow so
let’s get started. First connect to your wireless network, then
go to telstra.com/activate. Have your SIM Kit or device box on hand as
you’ll need to refer to the details on the packaging. Then type either your service number or SIM
serial number into the appropriate field. You can find these details on the packaging
of your new device or on your SIM starter kit You’ll be prompted to enter some personal
details for your account so make sure to have your ID on hand. If you’re already a Telstra customer, you
can save time by using your existing My Account login details. If you don’t have MyAccount and want to join
watch this video. Next, you’ll need to choose an offer. You can check out the value of our offers
by clicking the ‘view’ button on the right hand side of the screen. Once you’ve decided the offer that best suits
your needs, click next. Lastly, you’ll be prompted to check and confirm your details. If all of your details are accurate, press
activate and you’re done! Your Pre-Paid service should be active within
20 minutes but may take up to 4 hours. So now you can enjoy the benefits of being
